Key Responsibilities

Oversee task distribution, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution
Maintain and optimize workflow processes to improve team efficiency
Analyze workflow metrics and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Kanban and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience in task management and workflow optimization
Proficiency in tracking and interpreting efficiency metrics
Experience with visual management tools
Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
