Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Digital Data Engineer to oversee
data architecture and optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the architecture of ETL/ELT pipelines and manage data
ingestion processes
Guide the development and maintenance of data models and ensure
data quality standards
Manage collaboration across teams to translate business objectives
into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, statistics,
information management, engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering,
or related field
Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and R; extensive experience with
Snowflake, Alteryx, and Azure
Advanced understanding of database design and data modeling
Ability to manage large project teams and mentor junior members
