Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Position Summary:The Sr. Manager of Contract Strategy & Capital supports the core Surgery business by shaping pricing and contracting strategy with both Robotics & Digital and other JJMT Business Units as the capital and JJMT program lead. The Sr. manager will work directly with brand owners of Energy, NeuWave, Monarch, and Ottava to implement current programs across customer landscape and develop new programs, initiatives, and tracking based on capital market, product launches, and core business needs. The Sr. manager will join the US JJMT Capital Committee to learn, share, create best practices in the capital market and advance our capabilities. In addition, the manager will serve as the lead for JJMT programs such as overlay rebates, co-sells, VBAs, and cross-franchise ASC programs. The Sr. manager will own an overlay performance dashboard and govern overlay approvals for the Surgery business. The Sr. manager will also act as contract strategy's liaison to contract management, ensuring strategies, programs, and tactics are implementable and that compliance can be upheld.Responsibilities:

• Capital best practice creation with DPS, RAD, Vision, etc.

• Prepare leadership team decks and content
• Consult on brand business plans
