Job Description:

The Assistant Property Manager will assist with the day-to-day operations of the luxury apartment buildings at CitiLine East and West. This role involves managing tenant relations, assisting with leasing activities, and providing strong administrative support to the Regional Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations: Work closely with the Regional Property Manager to resolve resident issues and maintain strong relationships, ensuring PRC's reputation is upheld.
• Leasing Operations: Support leasing activities by ensuring compliance with tenant screening, qualification, and documentation policies. Serve as a backup for the Leasing Agent as needed.
• Yardi System Management: Ensure all leasing and tenant information entered into Yardi is accurate and current to facilitate seamless property management.
• Administrative Support: Provide detailed administrative support to the Regional Property Manager, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Policy Maintenance: Assist in updating the Procedures Manual and enforcing community policies.
• Resident Engagement: Help organize events and activities to enhance the resident experience.
• Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all resident concerns are addressed and that amenities are well-maintained.
• Compliance & Legal: Manage tenant compliance by issuing necessary notices and coordinating with the legal team when needed.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on local market trends and competitive properties to support marketing efforts.
• Concierge Oversight: Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure high-quality service across both buildings. Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of property management or relevant experience.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
