Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Director specializing in
Real World Data (RWD).
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of client projects and serve as the main
point of contact
Partner with internal resources to support implementation
opportunities across the organization
Maintain client and project documentation and facilitate
discussions for follow-on work
Required Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting and
program management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and create
client-ready deliverables
Deep understanding of market access and real world data
landscape
Experience in mentorship and development of junior team members
Significant experience with data analytics and quantitative models
for strategic engagements
