Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Director to provide
leadership and strategic direction for the R-LEAD program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the R-LEAD
program
Serve as the primary point of contact for USAID, ensuring effective
communication and coordination
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all program
components
Required Qualifications
At least 12 years of experience in international development, with
a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role managing
large-scale USAID-funded programs
Master's degree in International Development, Public
Administration, or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills with extensive knowledge of
USAID policies and procedures
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
