Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager III (CAHPS, HOS) to enhance program efficiency and member experience through regulatory survey management.



Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end processes for regulatory surveys (CAHPS, HOS) to improve member experience
Develop and implement strategies for improvement, ensuring resource alignment and organizational prioritization
Lead cross-functional projects, maintaining detailed documentation and communicating status to stakeholders


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
Knowledge of Regulatory Surveys (i.e., CAHPS, HOS) preferred
