Job Description:

Director of Operations oversee all aspects of operations including warehousing and logistics within a large-scale bakery. Leadership, strategic thinking, and execution of warehouse operations prioritizing safety, efficiency, and general maintenance. Manage warehouse team overseeing inventory levels, coordinating supplies and transportation between facilities. Collaborate with Facilities Manager to maintain preventative maintenance schedules. Work closely with production and packing teams to ensure efficient manufacturing. Develop SOPs, establish policies for employee and food safety. Bring a 24/7 presence, providing on-the-floor training and support. 6+ years manufacturing experience, strong technical skills in process improvements and materials management. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication and management skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and be safety-obsessed.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide leadership, strategic thinking, and execution of warehouse operations

* Manage warehouse team overseeing inventory levels

Requirements include:

* 6+ years manufacturing experience

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

* Strong technical skills in process improvements and materials management

* Ability to navigate changing business demands

* Ability to cultivate buy-in cross functionally

* Experience managing budgets and being financially accountable

* Ability to work a flexible/variable schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Pay: $130,000 - $140,000 depending on skillset and experience, Benefits: Bonus, Health Insurance, Paid time off, Language Requirements: English, and a minimum of conversational Spanish preferred, Work Location: In person, Bronx, NY
