Job Description:

Join our team at Little Beet Table, a renowned full-service restaurant in New York City. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain an "A" health inspection rating. Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience in a comparable restaurant.
    • Toast POS or similar POS experience.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Benefits:
