ABOUT THE ROLEPeloton is seeking an experienced Product
Management leader for our Hardware products. Responsible for our
industry-leading Bike, Tread, Row, Tablets, Guide, and future
products, this person will oversee the entire hardware portfolio.In
this highly visible role, you'll lead and develop a world-class
Product Management team, oversee the hardware roadmap, and partner
well with key hardware development partners to lead products from
ideation to end-of-life. You'll also partner with business
stakeholders for successful strategy, execution, and communication.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Oversee and communicate hardware product vision, strategy, and
roadmap.
- Chart a plan that achieves business growth through hardware
sales and engagement.
- Oversee the development and launch of new products while
monitoring sustaining and end-of-life initiatives on existing
products.
- Improve Hardware Product Management processes and templates,
such as PRDs and business cases.
- Guide the team through tough cost/quality/timeline tradeoffs
and decisions.
- Work closely with engineering, industrial design,
manufacturing, and engineering program management partners to
organize, operationalize, direct, and empower the whole team
- Lead and nurture a hard-working team of 4-6 PMs, while
developing their careers and skills.
- Effectively collaborate with other leaders across the Product
organization and broader company.
- Operate with a members-first mindset, using qualitative and
quantitative data to inform strategy and decisions
- Be a source of truth and champion for hardware within the
business.
- Stay on the pulse of the fitness equipment industry and related
technologies, keeping a strong understanding of the competitive
landscape and emerging trends YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership and team management
experience
- Experience managing a team of product managers, leading with
transparency and inclusivity
- Track record of building and launching electro-mechanical
hardware
- Experience with global sourcing and manufacturing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in small and large
group settings
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and build strong working relationships.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
complemented by deep experience with qualitative and quantitative
user research
- Dedication to user experience through a strong focus on
customer satisfactionBONUS

end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our
New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this
position will depend on numerous factors including individual
performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job
changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton's
