Summary We are looking for a talented -Program Director -who will
be responsible for overseeing routine delivery of client services
-and day-to-day management of client relationships and overall
contract of P&L. Your role in our mission Essential Job
Functions:
- Serves as the primary liaison with clients and is responsible
for overall client satisfaction.
- Dedicated responsibility for leading/managing all account and
contractual aspects, such as planning, scheduling, coordination,
quality assurance, and reporting of workload and financial
results.
- Manages an operating budget with P/L responsibility including
monthly accrual, revenue and expense projections.
- Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand
scope of engagement.
- Develops and maintains a project status reporting system to
ensure all contract deliverables are tracked, monitored, and
completed timely.
- Works with Senior Management to develop and implement a
strategic business plan to achieve enterprise goals.
- Works with clients and stakeholders (both internal and
external) to monitor and communicate progress, identify and manage
risk, and communicate consistently and effectively.
- Provides analysis and expertise when compiling and reporting
operational results and contract deliverables.
- Analyzes business functions in order to identify process
improvement and/or cost saving opportunities.
- Leverages technology and data to automate processes and improve
results.
- Proactively identifies and develops solutions to resolve
critical issues.
- Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new
and/or existing technology, processes, and existing products and/or
services based on broad view of the organization.
- Influences and promotes change in order to improve performance
results, organizational effectiveness and
systems/quality/services.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of processes that
measure efficiency, productivity, and monitor customer
satisfaction.
- Works with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and
identify opportunities for value added services.
- Participates in and contributes to quality management
efforts.
- Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of
competitor activity or wins.
- Engages in the strategy and development of government affairs
programs specific to assigned account(s).
- Interacts with Gainwell executives, supporting staff, state
constituencies including legislators and governor's staff.What
we're looking for Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of Medicare/Medicaid/Public Health experience
- 3+ years of Third Party Liability (TPL) experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of client facing experience
- 5+ years of MS Office experience
- Strong knowledge of Budgets/ForecastingWhat you should expect

- Remote position
- Candidates MUST live within the Tri-State area (NY,NJ,PA)
- Monthly travel to Trenton, NJ is required
- Yearly bonus, up to 20%The pay range for this position is
$120,000 - $130,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may
vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Put your
