Job Description:
We are seeking a weekend shift manager for Friday and Saturday
late night service. The ideal candidate will bring a firm yet fun
and friendly presence to the team, building trust and
leadership.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of high-volume nightlife experience
* Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage
maintenance
* Food Handler's license
* TIPS certification
* Proficient in Toast POS and security detail management
Ideal candidate will have a flexible and growth-oriented mindset.
Experience is preferred but not necessary for the right fit.
