the Director of Global Marketing, the Retail Events Manager will be
responsible for the day-to-day organization of ongoing events
pertaining to the global marketing department with a focus on
retail, but not limited to other events for the fashion, beauty,
fragrance, and lifestyle divisions.What you -ll get to doClient
Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Proactive strategic planning around existing and new CRM
initiatives to enhance client community management and new client
prospecting, growing both existing and new clients.
- Continued testing and improvement of existing retail CRM tools,
in partnership with eComm and digital teams.
- Establish marketing plans across existing retail stores and new
client acquisition for upcoming openings, aligned with the
financial and business objectives of the retail division.
- Own 'always on' client loyalty program and tailored marketing
approach to each segmentation.Events
- Work closely with the Director of Global Marketing and retail
teams to identify local needs and retail event opportunities
driving sales and traffic to the stores.
- Research vendors and make recommendations based on their
creativity, quality, and cost.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure they are meeting specific design
direction and guidelines that are in line with Retail Marketing
strategy, Visual Merchandising directives, brand, image &
budget.
- Play an integral role in planning and coordinating events and
address potential problems that may arise. Plan for potential
scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event.
- Manage guest list: send out invitations and monitor daily RSVP
status. Create RSVP and attendance report.
- Maintain an elevated standard of client experience,
professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality when necessary.
- Track and update Time & Action for each event.
- Collaborate with Logistics Manager to ensure timely deployment
and return of samples loaned for in-store activations.
- Strategic quarterly and yearly planning around events calendar
within activation budget, driving growth of brand awareness, new
client acquisition, existing customer SOW and AOV.Gifting
- Serve as key inventory holder for all gifting units across
categories. Monitor stock levels and work on orders accordingly,
including packaging and shipping needs.
- Arrange gifting lists, wrapping, presentation, delivery, and
deployment.
- Tracking pickup and delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships - track production progress,
negotiate quotes and deadlines, receive and process
invoices.Reporting
- Compile post-event recap analysis to identify future
opportunities and to track ROI.
- Proactively conduct ad-hoc analysis to review and track client
interactions and behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and
areas for improvement.
- Assist in compilation and information gathering for weekly
Marketing and Communications report.A reasonable estimate of the
current salary is $70,000-$90,000 USD.We -d love to meet you if you

- Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful individual with deep
understanding of global press and fashion creative landscape and
innate sense of luxury storytelling extending to beauty and
fragrance.
- Confident and comfortable in representing the brand internally
and externally to key stakeholders and partners.
- Strong communications, interpersonal and relationship building
skills; able to work as a team, keen multitasker who can spearhead
projects on his/her own with accountability.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Fashion GPS, Lefty, Adobe
Acrobat a plus but not required).
- Proactive, energetic, curious out-of-the-box thinker with
strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
