Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of IT Process Management responsible for overseeing IT processes and project management to align with business goals.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project and process management strategies to enhance service delivery
Guide the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma)
Proven track record of delivering complex projects, with relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
Experience in business relationship management, with relevant certification (e.g., BRMP) preferred
Dynamic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
