A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Design who is
passionate about upskilling, reskilling, and the future of
work.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients in discovery and design processes to identify
learning and developmental needs
Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to evolve the
flagship curriculum and support client-centered
contextualization
Collaborate with various departments to gather input for continuous
improvement of the learning experience
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in evidence-based product development
Experience in managing and supporting a team of learning
professionals
Proven ability to integrate and operationalize staffing models for
curriculum development
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of scalable learning design strategies
