A company is looking for an Associate Director, Revenue
Operations to manage Marketing Operations teams and deliver
services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own projects at the business outcome level and ensure timely
completion
Develop relationships with clients to drive contract renewals and
expansions
Manage a team of Marketing Operations Strategists and oversee their
accounts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Marketing Operations teams
Admin-level expertise in marketing automation and/or CRM tools like
HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
Experience in optimizing processes for revenue growth
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to coach and train team members for career development
