Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Operations to
oversee operational data processes within the CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry practices and daily operations of the CRM
ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
Design and document operational policies and procedures to improve
workflow coordination across teams
Provide technical support for gift administration and oversee
revenue projections data systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of nonprofit CRM experience as a power user or
administrator
Experience with Salesforce and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
strongly preferred; HubSpot and Fundraise Up experience a plus
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros
Proven track record of managing teams in both in-person and virtual
environments
Interest in social justice strongly desirable
