Development
- Contributes to the development and execution of JLL's global
business strategy.
- Assumes a prominent role in industry gatherings and with
clients as a senior leader of the Firm.
- Has significant impact on the values and culture of the
Firm.
- Assumes responsibility for developing and executing policies
and procedures that impact business unit revenues and
expenses.
- Achieves specific business development targets tied to managing
and expanding selected client relationships, developing new
relationships, or the roll-out of new products and services.
- Able to market all available products and service
offerings.
- Contributes to the development of new product and service
delivery ideas for the business unit and the firm.
- Assists clients in developing real estate strategies linked to
client business objectives.Growth of the Company
- Demonstrates commitment to creating a "one-firm firm" by
utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs.
- Ensures leadership is fully informed of all project, internal,
and client issues affecting the perception of the local, national,
and global reputation of the firm.
- Lead relationship manager for multiple strategic alliance
clients.
- Provides account-specific leadership and direction across
client teams and geographies.People Management
- Responsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession
planning, and managing a team involved with specific clients,
functions, business units, or projects.
- Approves, recommends, and/or takes actions regarding team
talent (with involvement of Human Resources) to Leadership.
- Manages individuals who have lead relationship management
responsibility for one or more clients or consultants.
- Ensures training and development of JLL team members in the
skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology, and
practices expected for successful project implementation.
- Approves staffing plans and budgets.Project Management
- Develops and/or oversees and approves marketing strategy
(including pricing) for a team or product vertical.
- Responsible for managing one or more teams in sustaining
significant transaction or annuity income.
- Has direct P&L responsibility over product line or market
region.
- Assesses profitability and/or cost-effectiveness of the product
line.
- Provides strategic direction and product line quality
initiatives.
- Manages direct reports overseeing timely and accurate project
documentation and reporting.
- Oversees, approves, or conducts contract
negotiation/verification.
- Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships with
all client representatives and service providers.
- Recommends, establishes, or refines best practices of standards
of excellence.
- Ensures accurate management of all accounts receivables to
maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital
charge.Operations Manager
- Responsible for meeting AGM numbers on a Regional and National
level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive
Committee (not applicable to Accounts).
- Oversees the management of vendor and project team performance
to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating
entities, and client expectations.
- Makes independent judgments related to operating procedures
impacting assigned projects.Estimated total compensation for this
position:170,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation
range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is
based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities,
geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market
