• Employment Type: TravelNJ state RN licenseBLS, ACLS, NIH RequiredMay float between MS/Tele units, MS/Neuro, MS/Oncology, MS/Orthopedic and Observation units, as needed (Confirm floating with traveler)Patient Ratio: 1:6Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam, RWJ Stroke CEU's required2+ years experience requiredPatient mix on unit: Medical conditions including, but not limited to, CHF, pneumonia, diabetes, and cardiac issues. Occasional post-surgical patients could be admitted to this unit. Knowledge of chest tubes, surgical drains, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and telemetry monitoring are highly recommendedGeneral knowledge of chest tubes, surgical drains, oxygen therapy, and patient mobility equipment such as hoyer lifts and ambulation aids requiredEPIC ChartingFirst time travelers are acceptedMitchell Martin Healthcare Job ID #24-18221.
