• Certification Details
• 2 Years CURRENT MAMMOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
• ARRT (M) (R) Certification - Required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

  • PERFORM a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment
  • INITIATIVE to apply appropriate skills to facilitate a diagnosis
  • MAY be assigned INDEPENDENT responsibilities by Lead Technologist, Administrative Director, or Operations Manager
  • PROPER CARE of the client in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
  • MAY be responsible for areas to SUPERVISE or INSTRUCT to department personnel
  • PRACTICES infection control and body substance isolation in compliance with policies and OSHA standards
  • MAINTAINS patient confidentiality at all times
  • DEMONSTRATES proper operation of PACS, HIS and RIS computer systems
  • DEMONSTRATES ability to operate and trouble shoot CR, DR and PACS applications
  • ATTENDS annual mandatory education including blood borne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation
  • MAINTAINS department competencies as required
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have EXCELLENT patient care skills
    • Must be current with all continuing education for both radiology and mammography
    • RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED
    • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
      • Schedule Information
      • TRAVELER must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
      • 8HRS non-billable orientation
      • Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
