Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Policy Associate,
Regulatory to join their healthcare policy consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support consulting engagements for state Medicaid
agencies, focusing on program design and implementation
Analyze Medicaid legislation, regulations, and federal guidance to
develop strategic policy solutions
Maintain and grow subject matter expertise in Medicaid policy,
mentoring team members as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health policy, public policy, health
management, public health, or a related field
7+ years of experience in state Medicaid agency, CMS, or similar
Medicaid-related consulting roles
Experience managing complex Medicaid policy projects
Specific regulatory/policy experience in areas such as Medicaid
managed care or financing policy
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
