We are currently partnered with a top medical group in Waterbury, CT! They are looking to add a Medical Scheduler to their team.SHIFT: -36 hour work weekThe Call Center position will be a phone based job speaking with patients and handling a high volume of calls.

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls
  • Speak to patients directly
  • Scheduling appointments; rescheduling and canceling as needed.
  • New patient registration
  • Work in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Work with patient medical recordsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of medical administration experience
    • Appointment scheduling
