• Dedicated Therapy Aides to assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional physical therapy outcomes Responsibilities: You'll Achieve Success By:
  • Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
  • Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed Qualifications:
    • Licensed in NYS as an Occupational Therapist
    • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
    • Basic computer skills
    • CPR and first aid certification required
    • CHT certification a plus
    • MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards
    • No new grads
    • MUST have an understanding of a wide range of hand and upper extremity diagnoses
