Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Development Specialist -
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of development programs for Financial
Advisors
Develop and deliver specialized training addressing the needs of
Financial Advisors
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management
strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational
development, business administration, or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
5+ years of experience in talent development or financial
services
Proven experience in designing financial advisor development
programs
Licensing: FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within
120 days
