Job Description:

Senior Java FSE The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in Java REST Web API Java Fullstack Core Java and Advanced JavaScript. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software solutions using Java REST Web API and Java Fullstack technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of Core Java and Advanced JavaScript to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and code implementations.
• Ensure the integration of software components and third-party programs to meet project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into the development process.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders project managers and development teams to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality software solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong technical background with mandatory skills in Java REST Web API Java Fullstack Core Java and Advanced JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a nice to have.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects. Certifications Required Certified Java Developer Certified JavaScript Developer TOGAF Certification
