Requires at least a 9-hour day with paid overtime and reliable vehicle is a must with paid travel.Bonuses available!Job description:Monmouth County Firm is Seeking a Full-Time in Office Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal for our Eatontown, NJ Location.COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES BONUSES, HEALTH, DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE & 401KQualifications:

• 4 years' experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm.
  • Proficient to execute a complaint, motion and brief.
    • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes and can prioritize and multitask.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients and claims staff.
    • Flexibility in work hours is a must.
    • Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Has general knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures (including electronic filing)
    • Exercise independent initiative and judgment in daily tasks, within a team-oriented atmosphere.Responsibilities:

      • Preparation, reviewing filing, and service of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
      • Conducts legal research and writing assignments, which may include the preparation of medical chronologies and deposition summaries of fact and expert witnesses.
