DUTIESEssential Duties include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.Reconciles customer bills.Receives cash, checks and credit
card payments from customers; records amount received.Makes change
and issues receipts to customers.Handles customer complaints with
integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied
customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.Maintains
and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists
missing documents.Closes all open invoices.Reconciles gas purchase
statements.Assists service and parts department with telephone
coverage.Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and
service departments.Works with department manager to keep abreast
of new products and services offered, their features and value, and
any changes in price.Maintains a professional appearance.Greets
clients and processes necessary paperwork for a loaner car.Ensures
that the client presents a valid driver's license and insurance
card and makes a copy for the dealership's record.Pull client cars
up to the loaner area and valets cars when needed.Check loaner cars
for damage and makes a notation of any damage while with the
client.Make sure all loaner cars have a full tank of gas.Give other
team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.Input all
aspects of loaner car to pre owned status into all applicable
systems.Coding warranty claims. Keeps work area neat and
clean.Performs other duties as assigned.Adheres to schedule that is
presentedReceives payments for services and parts transactions and
plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required. A positive attitude, a keen sense of attention to detail,
and a go-getter spirit is absolutely needed to succeed in this
role
- Must be able to keep up with a fast paced work
environment.
- Previous telephone and internet sales experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication
skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to effectively manage
priorities
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing
questions to better understand client concerns and overcome
objections
- Must possess a friendly attitude and be comfortable developing
rapport with customers over the phone.
- Must enjoy working on a team and be self-motivated
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on
