Job Description:

Base Pay Rate: $18.55 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Flexible hours
• 12-10-8-6-5-4 hours shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday availability
• Weekend availability
• Self-determined schedule
• Differentials available Care Delivery:
  To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
  • Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
  • Help with general light housekeeping. We value our Caregivers:
