Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner (Remote) to examine
titles and determine the legal condition of property titles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for
residential properties
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal
restrictions
Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports
for accuracy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires 2+ years of directly related experience
State license(s) may be required
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
Proficient with company operating systems
