Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize customer service technology tools like Zendesk,
Slack, and Ada
Provide technical support and troubleshoot tool-related issues to

Lead projects for tool updates and integrations, ensuring timely
and budget-compliant completion
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience with tools/application administration and
support
Strong proficiency in customer service technology tools such as
Zendesk, Ada, and Slack
Data analysis expertise to drive data-driven decisions
Working knowledge of RESTful API principles
Commitment to data security and privacy best practices
