Job Description:

The Maitre D position at West Village Italian American San Sabino is responsible for leading reservations system management, providing excellent communication and service, and ensuring a proper flow of service. They will also manage a dynamic waitlist, possess knowledge of all food and beverage menus, and provide accommodations to VIPs and other important guests.

2+ years of experience in a reputable restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and polished appearance
Ability to lead reservations system management and waitlist
Knowledge of food and beverage menusThe position requires a full-time schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
