About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Delivery Team Lead to join our team at Stretch Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our pizzas to our customers.Key Responsibilities

• Menu Knowledge: You will have a comprehensive understanding of our menu and be able to effectively communicate this to our customers.
• Team Leadership: You will lead a team of delivery drivers and provide guidance and support to ensure they are able to deliver our pizzas to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Food Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that our pizzas are delivered to our customers in a safe and healthy manner.Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with our customers and team members.
  • Menu Knowledge: You will have a comprehensive understanding of our menu and be able to effectively communicate this to our customers.
