Job Description:
Job Title: Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking an
experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. This role
involves the assembly of new and returned submersible electric
motor-driven pumps and pump products. Responsibilities include
quality parts inspection, assembly, mechanical testing, electrical
testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years
of experience in a technical manufacturing or similar environment
and be proficient in mechanical and electrical equipment and
manufacturing assembly. You will also need to be comfortable using
computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Key tasks
include identifying and pulling parts, assembling pumps,
performance testing, prepping for shipment, processing paperwork,
maintaining serial number and production logs, modifying parts,
performing facility maintenance, and any additional duties as
needed.Hard SkillsTechnical manufacturing experience (3-5
years)Proficiency in mechanical and electrical equipmentExperience
with manufacturing assemblyComputer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel,

communicationJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a
duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in
New Haven, Connecticut.Work EnvironmentThese pumps range in size;
some are lifted with hand trucks, while others may require
assistance from an overhead crane. The work environment is
family-type and laid-back, with monthly wellness and company
performance meetings. The work schedule is 8:15 am to 5:00 pm,
