CNA Trainee STARTING RATE: $16.00SHIFT: Full-Time / Part-Time, Days, Evenings, Overnights available after trainingBENEFITS:Weekly PaychecksShift DifferentialsPaid CNA TrainingReferral BonusesFlexible Schedules - Full & Part-Time OpeningsPeer MentorshipGenerous Paid Time OffJOB DESCRIPTION:Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.Once you have shown that you can perform the job duties successfully, you will be transitioned to our CNA Training Program as soon as the next class becomes available.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist residents with day-to-day tasksWork alongside our nurse educator and our nursing staffAssisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bedPhysical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 poundsPreparing each resident's room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needsREQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or equivalentThis is an entry-level opportunity.
