Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Model N-REC applications for seamless integration and compliance.
  
• Oversee chargeback management processes for accurate and timely processing.
  
• Provide end-to-end contract management support to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  
• Manage rebate payment administration processes for accurate and timely payments.
  
• Support pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Handle sales data efficiently to support commercial compliance and reporting.
  
• Ensure discount reallocation processes are accurately executed and documented.
  
• Provide regulatory compliance support to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  
• Manage government pricing models and ensure compliance with Medicaid applications.
  
• Utilize PL/SQL skills to develop and maintain data models and support application functionality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of Model N-REC applications.
  
  
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Technical skills in PL/SQL and Model N-REC applications.
    
  • Extensive experience in chargeback management and contract management.
    
  • Expertise in rebate payment administration and pricing support.
    
  • Proficiency in handling sales data and discount reallocation.
    
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and government pricing models.
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Compensation and Benefits:
    
    • 
      
    • Annual salary between $113,000 to $132,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
      
    • Eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program.
