strategic needs of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze meaningful information from various data
sources to guide talent and culture alignment with business
needs.
- Prepare and communicate talent and culture data using
narratives, visualizations, and dashboards to influence
decisions.
- Collaborate with key partners (HR, Learning, Communications) to
act on data and design and deliver unified employee and stakeholder
solutions. Qualifications
- Passion for culture transformation and enhancing the employee
experience guided by our purpose, values, and behaviors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and
apply talent and culture metrics into meaningful analyses. High
attention to detail and perseverance to achieve results.
- Proficient in presenting data and information and skilled in
data storytelling.
- Excellent skills in developing content, instructional design
and producing narratives, visualizations, dashboards, and
communication materials for various stakeholders.
- Consulting experience to drive improvements based on employee
feedback, data, and anticipated business needs.
- Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork,
group discussions, and decision-making in in-person, hybrid, and
remote settings.
- Strong change management and organizational skills to
coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines with
high-quality results, along with proven experience in
problem-solving, process development, and behavior change
methods.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Compensation Range:
Pay Range - Start: $75,180.00 Pay Range - End: $139,620.00
Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure
and placement in the salary range for this position will be
determined by a number of factors including the skills, education,
training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope,
complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other
conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical
for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for
their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. Please note that the salary range
listed in the posting is the standard pay structure. Positions in
certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on
