Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Equity Consultant to analyze
data and provide insights for policy improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy
Prepare and present findings to clients in a clear and compelling
manner
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, public policy, or
related fields, or 1-2 years of experience as a data or policy
analyst
Proven ability to interpret complex information and translate it
into actionable insights
Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
Experience working with large data sets
Ability to work effectively across diverse communication styles and
contexts
