A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Property &
Casualty Insurance Agent - Spanish-English working remotely in the
USA.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their
issues
Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active Property and Casualty license
6 months or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
Computer experience and high-speed internet access
