Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales orders for assigned regions, ensuring timely creation
and review of purchase orders
Provide guidance on resolving variances and enforce purchasing
standard operating procedures
Coordinate with sales teams and vendors to ensure accurate item
classification and fulfill orders efficiently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, sales operations,
or logistics
Strong knowledge of internal controls and experience implementing
processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems,
preferably NetSuite
Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a
fast-paced environment
